I am a semi-retired primary school teacher who currently lives in Khandallah, Wellington. I moved to Wellington in 1987 after having spent 18 months in London and I love this city.

I am a keen road cyclist and I have spent many happy hours touring both the North and South Island. My three biggest cycle tours have been cycling around Ireland (1986), cycling the Tour Aotearoa route from Picton to Bluff (2022) and cycling from Land's End to John o' Groats in the UK (2023).

My other hobbies include line dancing, yoga practice and building miniature models.

I would love to look after your house and cat(s) for you while you are away.

Carole was fantastic. looking after the cat and the house, (again) for a month. It was so nice to walk into a nice tidy house and receive a warm welcome form a very contented cat.. Plus, the extras done like the full laundry basket all washed and dried. I highly recommend. Carole and we will request her again. Lissie
