We're a retired couple who are fit and healthy and love to keep active.. Our dog Jess is a Heading Dog and gets lots of lovely, long walks every day with plenty of play. We own our own home in Wellington and keep it clean and tidy. We would lavish the same care and attention on your animals and home as we do on our own.
We've house-sat many times before, both in NZ and overseas, most notably for a rather beautiful Standard Poodle called Armani on the Gold Coast.
We're happy to do some maintenance gardening and do things like water houseplants and generally keep things running smoothly until your return.
We're both friendly and easy-going and respect our clients' homes and privacy.
We love dogs. cats and everything in between and will give your animals as much attention as they require, along with plenty of cuddles and pats. We have good references but of course, you're welcome to give us a call to find out a little more about us.

Chrissy and Steve were literally so good that I think Luna was sorry to see us return!! Excellent communication throughout and lovely messages, photos and video most days. They kept our very needy, very energetic dog amused and far more exercised than we are able to so she was super happy. Our house was lovely to return to, completely clean and well looked after. It was so nice to be away and knowing Luna was so happy and well cared for. I only hope that they will be keen next time we go away!! ... MORE

Chrissy and Steve and their dog, Jess, were the loveliest. house sitters. They cared for my home as if it were their own, kept in touch during their stay. They looked after my dog so well I am not sure she would not rather have gone with them on my return! Super people I would be happy to have back at any time and highly recommend as house sitters. Chrissy and Steve were fantastic house sitters and I strongly recommend them. They took my dog, Cooper on long walks, adventures and more. They gave me daily updates and were a pleasure to meet. I think my dog is missing them.
