Michele & Duncan

I'm Michele and Duncan and I are a retired couple from Northern Ireland with family in Perth who we have been travelling to visit for 12 years. We are here permanently now and have recently secured our permanent visa and hope to continue housesitting until we sell our home and buy property here which will be next year.
We have been housesitting over the years in various parts of WA and have made many close friends any of whom who would be happy to speak for us.  We have been fortunate enough to look after their beautiful homes, dogs, cats, aquariums, chooks and one occasion 120 pigeons! A majority of our pets have required medication. Before I retired I worked as a Medical Secretary in the local hospital and my husband Duncan, an Art Therapist before retirement, worked in a horticultural project managing a garden with autistic adults within the Health Service.
I don't ever remember a time when we haven't had cats and dogs to love and rule our home. We realise the importance of respecting and caring for your home and pets and can assure you that your trust in us will give you peace of mind while you enjoy your time away.
We have been in a similar position to yourself having to share the anxiety of making the decision to leave your beloved pet and to have our home looked after, so you can be assured they would be well cared for. I look forward to hearing from you!
