Hi, I'm a very clean, tidy, responsible, mature, non-smoking lady. I will not be partaaying in your house!
I enjoy housesits with pets but am also happy if you are looking for someone to be in your house for security, to water plants etc.
Having grown up on a farm I love all animals. I've often been left to manage the family farm, looking after cattle, sheep, working dogs, pig dogs, ducks, a cat or two, and the odd pukeko! I'm very capable and able to deal with most problems that might crop up.
I'll look after your home and animals as if they were my own - keep the house clean and tidy, bring in mail, and keep in touch by text/email/whatsapp if required. I'm happy to water plants but prefer not to mow lawns or weed gardens (although this can be negotiated for longer sits).
I work from home apart from 1-2 days a week when I work from the office, finishing at 3pm, and would be home nights and weekends. I'm a real homebody and would prefer somewhere quiet where I can chill and work (would need unlimited wifi).

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeannie for anyone wanting a kind, caring, 'in-tune', experienced and trustworthy person to look after their home/furry family members. Jeannie was incredible with communicating the daily activities of the wee furry bambinos (keeping the non-furry Mama confident and stress free whilst away). Jeannie was a fantastic housesitter. She did a great job keeping our cat happy. Taking care of the chickens and keeping an eye on the steers and sheep. The vegetable garden and plants were all well looked after. The house was immaculate when we got home. Communication was excellent. We would love to have Jeannie back and would recommend her to others.

Jeannie took great care of my very fussy cat and two chickens, and went beyond what was expected in terms of feeding them. She kept my many indoor and outdoor plants alive at a very dry time of the year, and dealt to mail and parcels. Communication was clear and helpful at all times. It was wonderful to come home to washing on the line and a clean, tidy house.

Jeannie was our first experience with a house-sitter unknown to us. She looked after our little dog while we were overseas for 9 days. Friendly and down to earth, she has dealt with any minor issues without any hassles. The dogs love her and we feel very comfortable going away and leaving our menagerie in her capable hands.
