Kia ora!
We are two animal-loving Austrians who are currently pursuing our Master's degrees in Primary School Education. Our passion for teaching and learning has led us to focus our Master's thesis on the school system in New Zealand. As part of our research, we are going to travel to New Zealand in October and November, visiting local schools to gain firsthand insights into the educational approaches.

During our travels, we’d love to offer our care and responsibility as house and pet sitters. We are both pet owners and also did a lot of dog and cat sitting in Austria. In addition my (Sarah) grandparents own a farm where I occasionally help them out. With a deep love for animals and a commitment to keeping homes safe and secure, we are more than happy to help out while we explore your beautiful country. We’re reliable, trustworthy, and excited to experience the warmth of Kiwi culture!

Tamara and Sarah were fabulous house-sitters/dog-sitters, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They looked after the dogs so well, and were great at communication and sending me updates. The house was left tidy and everything in order. They are very trustworthy. And went above and beyond at taking the dogs on adventures- which they love. I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for house/pet sitter’s. They were fabulous!

Tamara and Sarah created a wonderful, caring environment for our two cats, with our usually timid cat warming up to them right away. They kept us well-informed, and we returned to an exceptionally clean home and two content, relaxed cats. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for responsible, compassionate house sitters.
