I'm Kat, a wayfaring retiree with a passion for photography and visual identity design and an unquenchable thirst for hopping around the world to meet and make new pet and human friends everywhere I go. I want to make sure you can put your mind at ease when you're away from home, knowing that someone trustworthy stays behind to ensure everything runs smoothly and your furry friends are well looked after.

I've taken care of pets of all kinds (cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, hamsters) whenever friends or family were not around and needed a helping hand. In New Zealand I specifically got to work with farm animals (sheep, pigs, poultry) and made sure they were happy. I'm also not shy to take care of animals with special needs such as giving medication, animals dealing with anxiety, etc.

My feedback on THS (my main housesitting platform) is a testament to my commitment to cleanliness: I'd never let you walk back into a home that's anything less than clean, so you can relax after your time away without having to worry about breaking the vacuum out. I want to feel just as comfortable and welcome in your home and kindly ask you to have a clean home ready at handover for me as well :)
