I am originally from NZ but have been living over in Perth for some time (and London, Ireland and Cyprus prior to that) and haven’t lived here for nearly 20 years.

I’m back in the lovely NZ while I find the right place for myself and my beautiful newly 4 year old son Dylan, to settle. I have been using the time here to reconnect with family & friends and to explore the country to find the best fit for our lives. House sitting has been a fantastic way to experience more of the country and get to know the communities on another level.

I am a Radiographer but own and host a very successful Airbnb Plus property in Perth, which I am able to run from my phone while I spend this precious time traveling around. I have a very high attention to detail in terms of cleanliness so you can be sure your place will be well cared for, respected and kept clean and tidy.

Dylan is a delightful boy & has a beautiful and chilled temperament which allows me to easily travel around with him like this. He has always been around me cleaning the Airbnb during changeovers and is also very respectful of other people’s belongings & properties. He is happiest reading his books & playing with his toys outside. There is nothing really required too much in terms of child proofing as he doesn’t get in to things he knows he shouldn’t :)

He has grown up with our 11 year old Moodle (Maltese x Toy Poodle) and is very comfortable around animals, even more so after being around & helping to look after such a huge variety of animals on our house sits! (We counted 45 animals to date, since July ‘24!)

It is just myself and Dylan who will be on the sits - I’m a solo mum and our dog is back over in Aus with his Dad :) Dylan & I co-sleep so we only require the one bedroom.

I’m a non smoker & non drinker, I love my exercise and yoga.. anything to look after myself!

We are flexible with dates and communication will be prompt and clear. We lead very active lives and are out either biking or walking every day, so taking your animals out for exercise will be no problem at all.

Highly highly recommend Anna and Dylan to anyone who is lucky enough to get them to look after your home and pets. The house was spotless, the pets very well cared for and happy and Anna even did some gardening for me (negotiated as an extra) which was amazing. Her communication was great as well and we loved getting updates and photos while we were away. I think our youngest dog had a new best friend in Dylan. Cannot rate Anna (and Dylan) highly enough.

Anna (and Dylan) are brilliant housesitters and we can't recommend them more highly! They did the most amazing job of looking after our beloved pets, and sent us photos of all the adventures they had walking our little dog. We came home to two very happy animals and a clean tidy house. Anna was brilliant to communicate with and as a result we had a very relaxing holiday knowing everything was well looked after at home. Wouldn't hesitate to have them look after our home and pets again!

Anna and Dylan took excellent care of our aging dog even teaching her how to chase a frisbee. She kept us informed regularly with words and photos. Our house was spotless on our return and our plants cared for as we requested.

Anna and her son Dylan were amazing housesitters and puppysitter to our 6 month old miniature schnauzer Coco. Anna kept me informed on a daily basis on how things were going with Coco and sent us lots of cute pictures. We came home to a clean house and a very happy and well cared for puppy. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone and we would have her back in a heartbeat.
