We are a mature, fun-loving and reliable couple who have decided to semi-retire, rent out our home in Wellington and enjoy NZ by travelling permanently in our motorhome (7.5m). .

As well as house-sitting, we have also completed several work exchange positions (WorkAways) and formal dog walking (Dog Share Collective).

We have owned several cats and used pet-sitters in the past so we understand how important it is to find people you can trust to look after your home and pets. Our motorhome lifestyle and frequent travel overseas means we are sadly unable to have our own pets so in the meantime we would love to make friends and enjoy the companionship of your cats and dogs. We'll treat them like our own, offering them plenty of attention and cuddles as required. We also like horses, chickens; ducks etc, so other animals would add to the fun.

As long-term home owners and landlords, household tasks, diy jobs, gardening or special requirements are not a problem. We are clean, tidy and very capable with plenty of initiative if problems arise. We are non-smokers.

We believe in serendipity and think that by following our hearts and noses, interesting experiences can happen. We look forward to being your Perfect Sitters.

Alison & Stuart are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Kind caring courteous and superb housesitters who looked after our home better than we do. Alfie our doodle absolutely loved them and took to them straightaway and we could not have left hom in safer nor more capable hands I have read all their reviews and agree with them all and thank you thank you thank you for all the wonderful gardening you did for us. We were incredibly lucky to have Stu & Ali house sit for us. They went above and beyond in taking care of our beloved Golden Retriever, Lily, and our cat, Tickles. Not only did they ensure that Lily was well exercised, they also took her to doggy daycare to play with her friends when they were out and about. Alison and Stuart were excellent house sitters. They looked after our high needs dog really well, sending us updates with photos. Our dog was sad for a couple of days after they left. Our cats were well looked after, and felt comfortable sitting with them on the couch. The house was left very tidy and they even staked plants and tied things down that were being damaged in the wind while we were away. What a fabulous find Stu and Ali were..! A lovely couple, who looked after our dog and home as if they were their own. Our dog didn't even notice our return, which shows how well she was looked after..!! We were welcomed home to a clean house and tea made ready. Alison and Stuart were great house and pet sitters. We returned to a clean and tidy home and a very happy dog. They took great care of our dog and really treated him like there own. I know Darcy will miss all the attention and long walks he got with them! They also offered to weed our garden bed and made it look good again, which was so nice of them. We would highly recommend them as great pet/ house sitters.

Stu and Ali were fabulous and we felt very comfortable to leave the care of our dogs and house with them while we were overseas for 6 weeks. Communication was excellent throughout and they are very friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Stuart and Alison were fantastic sitters - very friendly and flexible with arrangements, Were happy to stay an extra night when our flights were delayed. Looked after Chloe really well and kept us up-to-date with how things were going while we were away. Bonus, trees and shrubs received professional attention from Stuart.
