Hello!
I'm from the US and am visiting Aotearoa Nov-Feb. I previously lived here from 2018-2021. For this trip I'm planning to reunite with friends, do a bit of a roadtrip and just enjoy hanging out in nature.

I have house sat around the north island previoulsy, and have more recent experiences pet sitting around the US (trusted housesitters app). I grew up taking care of lots of pets; cats, dogs, bunnies, birds, and snakes! I am comfortable handling the daily care and training of a variety of animals. I have also volunteered with animal and wildlife rescue centers.

Esa is from Finland- we met when I moved there for a masters program in 2021. He will be arriving to NZ on Jan 7. He also has quite a bit of experience with pet sitting for dogs and cats, and time with horses.
We both love animals and are looking to see NZ at a slow pace, and having some animal companions makes that more special.

Sydney was everything and more than could be expected of a house sitter. A very bright trustworthy person with a keen sense of humour and obviously very keen to perform the required duties to the max. I would recommend her to take care of anyone's property and would certainly welcome her back to ours.

Sydney was a wonderful house sitter. Our cat was very relaxed around her which is what we wanted. She looked after the gardens and house very well. All was tidy and we had no worries. The communication was easy and she kept us updated about everything. We would love to have her back. We can totally recommend her to anyone that needs a house sitter.
