Hi my name is Cathy
I really love animals and nature. I have a beautiful registered wild Kaimanawa horse named Rosie and most Saturdays I'm off trecking her at the foothills of the ranges with my friends. I have a Beardie Cross Huntaway called Olive who I love walking with, and 2 cats who were completely wild - it took a year to fully gain their trust and now they love their cuddles.
I enjoy filling my vases with flowers picked from my garden.
I worked in a Women's Centre for 20 years filling most roles including Manager and am currently a part time Programme Facilitator at Dementia HB.
My wonderful partner, Edgardo, and I have been together for over 16 years. He works full time and is an artist in his spare time. Due to work commitments he's not always available to travel with me so I sometimes travel with my friend or my dad.
I am looking forward to housesitting and looking after your beautiful animals. It would be a bonus if I could bring my dog but I understand if it's not suitable. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions.
Housesitting seems like a great way to see some new places while not breaking the budget - a win, win for everyone 🙂

Cathy was a dream house/pet sitter to have to look after your home and pets. She loves animals, and it shows as she lovingly tended to our pet duckling, and old cats. Came back to find happy animals, happy plants, seedlings and my home as I left it.
