Joan

Joan sat for us for the month of April. She did an amazing job of looking after our nervous Alfie and provided updates and photos. We returned to a calm happy cat and a spotless house! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joan to sit again and have booked her in for our next trip away!

Joan was absolutely amazing! Our home and animals were well taken care of and Joan would communicate sending pics of our furbabies while we were away. Joan is a friendly, warm, communicative and reliable person. She came to visit the house and our cat three times before our trip and was so receptive and lovely. Unfortunately we had Covid in the household on the day of our trip and so we ended up having to cancel the housesitting but she returned our key quickly and the communication was great during the entire period.

While I was away she kept me updated and sent pictures of my cat so that I could see how he was getting on. When I got back the house was clean and tidy and she'd even repaired a missing button on my duvet! The cat was clearly very contented and well looked after. Joan was Amazing with a capital A! This is the first time we've had someone house sit for us and I couldn't have been happier or more reassured by Joan's communication or treatment of the house and cats. We even landed a new addition 12 week old kitten on her with a week's notice and she took it all in her stride!
