Elise & Ben

Hello! We are Elise and Ben and we want to housesit for you!

I (Elise) am a welsh Kiwi, I have lived in New Zealand for over seventeen years, and Ben is my long distance boyfriend who lives in Canada. I live in Auckland and am thinking about moving to a different area sometime soon, and would love to do some housesits around the country to explore and get a great feel for different areas of our lovely country!

I have used this site to get lots of housesitters in the past, and am a homeowner myself so I understand homeowner requirements for housesitters, and we are both very respectful, non smoking, quiet and responsible people.

I have four kitties, and had a dog growing up, as well as bunnies, hamsters and fish! So I am used to, and love animals. Ben grew up in a lifestyle block in the UK with chooks, goats, cats, dogs, rabbits.. all sorts, and he has three cats too, so it’s safe to say we will give your fur babies lots of love and attention 😊 Our kitties won’t be coming with us on any housesits of course!

Ben will be in New Zealand with me over the Christmas break and we are looking for a housesit in Tauranga for the time I have off work. We will take good care of your house and animals. We are very excited to do some exploring while we are there so if you have dogs they will get plenty of exercise! I am happy to have a chat about your needs or even pop down to meet you, Ben is available for a chat via zoom or teams, as he won’t be in NZ until around 13 December.
