  • I have experience in a small hobbie farm in Canada during the winter season. Caring for chooks, ducks, sheep, goats, 1 horse, 7 dexter cows, 1 llama and 32 dogs (siberian huskies, malamutes, German shepard, pyrenees mountain dogs) Comfortable with all animals, early riser, and would be willing to come a few days beforehand if you like to work with you on the farm and learn how you would like things done.

Hey, I'm Emma from Scotland looking for pet/house sitting opportunities on the south island. Have been based in Wanaka since May and keen to explore more places.

Lots of experience with dogs of all sizes, cats, some farm animals (dexter cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, goats 1 llama) and looking after multiple pets in their own home. I like to keep to their usual schedule to help them feel settled while you are away. Will follow your instructions in regards to the care of your animals and home.

Love getting to know their different personalities and little quirks. 5/5 for chin scratches, belly rubs and snuggles 🐾

I'm a non smoker/vaper, 34 years old so I know how to look after a home, enjoy walking and getting to know new areas. Happy to water plants and take bins in/out.

Emma has been just fabulous…she arrived a couple of days early to get to know the dogs/chooks and their routine. While we were away she sent wonderful photos of happy dogs and an update on anything happening…can’t recommend her enough!

Emma was amazing looking after our small lifestyle block for two weeks while we were overseas. All animals, including our dog and cat, were well loved and cared for, and the place was lovely and tidy when we got back. Gave us huge peace of mind and could relax and enjoy our holiday. Highly recommend Emma to anyone searching for a friendly, communicative and reliable house/pet sitter.
