About Me: Hi, I'm Orla. I'm 26, Irish, a big animal lover and I am excited to start caring for your pets and home. I understand the importance of caring for your pets in the home environment, where they can feel loved and secure.

I have been travelling in Asia and am now travelling New Zealand on a working holiday visa. I am very active, I love hiking, cycling, water sports and generally being outdoors. I would love to bring your dogs on walks around the neighbourhood if they are able and spend time playing and cuddling. I am eager to start house-sitting as an opportunity to see your beautiful country while also spending some much needed time with animal friends.

As well as being out in nature, I love cooking and baking. I would take pride in caring for your home and garden. I completely understand it can be difficult to trust someone new to care for your home and pets and would be happy to share any videos or photos when you wanted.

Orla was a delight. She was great with communication and came into town to meet Banjo prior to the sit. She was very personable understanding of our quirky house preferences and Banjo’s routine. Banjo was spoiled with lovely one on one attention and long walks in the hills. Orla is quite the hiker and explorer and Banjo benefitted from that for sure. Orla was cheerful and absolutrly great with the animals. She had tge right balance of communication and playfulness. Orla took great care of the house.as well. :) Sometimes its the small details that are impirtantvand frost protecting some beloved plants was well done. Thank you Orla, :).

Couldn’t have asked for a better housesitter. Orla looked after house and dog fantastically. Great communication while we were away. Highly recommend!

Orla looked after my house and 2-year old dog for 2 weeks, and did an excellent job. The house was left neat and tidy, and my dog loved having her there and misses the fun they had together! Orla was also volunteered to do a bit of weeding (weather permitting) and did an excellent job, even though this was "extra" and not required. I am happy to endorse Orla for any house sitting job -- she is very dependable and loves animals.
