I am an experienced cat, dog, bird and reptile 'parent'/carer and enjoy getting to know my new kids' personalities & needs.

Particularly, I enjoy providing love and TLC to pets with complex needs i.e seperation anxiety, hearing/sight impaired and aged. And I am confident to medicate if necessary.

I enjoy getting candid pics to reassure you all is well, while you are away! And have done the occasional pet portrait.

Having had much loved pets and being a home owner myself ......I understand what it's like to find someone who is reliable and caring, when you can't be at home yourself.

I will care for your pets and home as if they are my own. Non smoker, clean and quiet habits. Security and privacy assured. PROMPT REPLIES TO YOUR ENQUIRIES .

...Please note.... My priority is your pet's well being, not free accommodation or time spent sight seeing. I am happy to travel anywhere on the North Island and accept contribution towards fuel costs.

Jenny and her husband, Trace, looked after our two very energetic young dogs, our anti-social cat and 10 chickens for almost two weeks while we went overseas. Our little dog Poppy who is elderly, deaf, and has various other age-related ailments, could not have been in safer hands. Poppy was treated to constant pampering and attention and we will feel very relaxed leaving her again in Jenny's care. Our experience with Jenny as our housesitter was absolutely incredible. Our 2 year old dog Frankie absolutely adored her, and our two 8 and 9 year old cats Benny and Boots were so content when we returned! Benny had very minor tummy trouble (vomit) after outdoor adventures, and Jenny was incredibly attentive, even checking on him post-stay. Jenny was great right from the start, her communication before and during the sit was very good. The animals warmed to her immediately and Tia wondered if she was going with Jenny when we returned. The house was immaculate with linen washed and the bed made. We hope that Jenny will be able to sit for us in the future.

I can not speak highly enough of Jenny. She was easy to communicate with and prompt in all her contact. Jenny went the extra mile for our animals- who didn’t even greet us at the door on our return. A sign too much love and good times had been lavished upon them in our absence. The house was immaculate. When can we have you back Jen? We would definitely look at welcoming Jen back anytime and recommend her to anyone considering her. You won’t be disappointed.
