Hi! Ciao!
We are Giulia and David, an Italian and British couple who recently left our day jobs in Oxford (UK) to embark on a world travel adventure. We've done a couple of months in Asia and now in New Zealand for a year.

We're massive foodies, love exploring, and along with drinking freshly ground coffee and hunting down local bakeries, meeting new furry friends is one of our greatest pleasures... to the extent that Giulia's photo library could be titled 'Pets of the World'. Everywhere we go, she struggles to walk down a street without stopping to say hello and take photos of any cute feline/doggy friends we meet along the way... and it's David's job to make sure none go by unspotted!

We are new to Kiwi House Sitters, but have great experience with Trusted Housesitters (in the UK) as well as caring for our own family and friends' pets and homes too. Giulia worked as an au pair for three different families when she first moved to the UK, and David's family has run a doggy homestay service for the last 15+ years... being very used to a house full of dogs.

We're clean, tidy and respectful. Non-smoking, don't take drugs and we are not party animals. We will look after your home (and furry friends) with the same love and care as if they were our own. And we will make sure to send daily 'pup-dates', so you can enjoy your time away, knowing they are safe and well.

Giulia and David looked after our house and two dogs for 5 weeks while we were overseas. I cannot recommend them enough. From the first message communication was great. While we were away we received lots of updates and pictures. We arrived home to a very clean house and even some home baking! Both of our dogs were very well loved and cared for while we were away. Giulia and David are a lovely couple that we were very fortunate to have looking after Molly and our house while we were away. Communication was always very prompt. They left the house immaculate and obviously shared our love for Molly. The shortbread they made as a welcome home gift was delicious and much appreciated. We can highly recommend them as animal/ house sitters. You can be very confident having them in your home.

Easily some of the best sitters we've had, David and Giulia were so respectful of our flat, communicative, and they went above and beyond with the care for our animals. They understand dogs and dog behaviour incredibly well. We have a dog reactive dog and they asked great questions and took her places where they all had a great time. They also sent daily updates and the house was cleaner than when we left. Top notch people, and I wish them all the best with their travels!

David and Giulia were amazing house sitters - they doted on our dogs and were so great with them. They left the house looking spotless. They even cooked us a beautiful meal on the night we arrived back. They are just lovely people to be around very caring and respectful. The communication with them was great and they kept us updated with lovely pictures of our dogs. I would recommend them to anyone and would have them back in a heartbeat.

Giulia and David were amazing! They looked after our home and large Retrodoodle so well. They even went beyond the call of duty and walked our pooch in the pouring rain. Our home was left very clean and tidy - you wouldn't know that they had stayed. We can't recommend them highly enough.
