Dianne & Steve

Dianne and her family were the best house & pet-sitters we could have hoped for. Their communication was fantastic and despite a few hiccups at their end ensured that all was smooth at ours! Our 2 year-old 'puppy' was super well-cared for, the house was in better condition than when we left, firewood chopped, beds made up with clean sheets and the car in a convenient spot for us to collect. While on holiday over Christmas in 2019 Dianne, Steve and their family house sat for us and cared for our cat for 10 days. Communication was excellent before and during our time away and it was great to get updates on how things were going. The house was immaculate on our return and there were some really lovely touches. We went on a 2 week holiday overseas and Dianne, Stephen and family were an absolute pleasure to have come and look after our cats and home! They were great at communicating before, throughout and after the house sit. Our house was immaculate when we got home and our cats were stress free and happy. They were very friendly and thorough when we did a handover to head away. We had nice feedback during their stay to reassure us our two cats were happy and healthy. On our return the house was spotless and left as we had handed it over. Our cats looked very happy and settled and they even stocked the pantry with ... Much to our surprise Steve had also done some maintenance on our kitchen cabinetry and fixed a few screws, handles and the closing mechanisms which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend them as house sitters and have in fact booked them in for an additional week later this month.

Dianne and Steve did an amazing job. Our dog loved them and our cabin looked amazing when we returned. They had even staked my vege garden and put my Xmas lights up.
