Hi,

We're Blair & Richard from the Kapiti Coast.

Having arrived back from the UK after being away for over 20 years, now settled on the Kapiti Coast having purchased our home & are working locally.

We're both honest, trustworthy and reliable. With our professional jobs we've been police vetted, Richard works in the public sector and Blair in the healthcare industry. We're able to administer medication or supplements at your direction to your pets.

Our part time working hours enable us to enjoy an excellent work life balance with the frequent opportunity to look after your pets & property which we will view as our priority.

We are non smoking, have no children and follow a pescatarian diet.

Both of us have had extensive experience of looking after pets having grown up with cats and guinea pigs. More recently we had a delightful Dachshund for over 13 years. After she passed we have had offers from friends to look after two Schnauzers and a Cockapoo, taking them on long countryside walks and caring for them whilst their owners were away.

Recent house sits in NZ have seen us care for a variety of pets with many cats & dogs stealing our hearts.

One of our passions is our garden. We enjoy tending to the borders and vegetable beds on a regular basis. We will look after your garden with the same care & attention if needed.

Our work and house sitting experience has enabled us to communicate promptly and effectively, something we'll follow through during every stage & has resulted in 10 positive reviews from house owners so far. Please feel free to read our house owner reviews.

Some of our photos show Blair's Airbnb profile which we have used for travelling. With over 20 positive reviews, the hosts noted how well we have looked after their properties and being respectful of their belongings.

We do not house sit at properties which are rentals nor have smokers. We would like disclosure of any internal or external security cameras that are located at the property, whether active or inactive prior to our stay.

As your house sitter we will put your pet needs first ahead of our own, caring for them professionally so you can relax and enjoy your time away.

Blair & Richard are 5 star sitters. They were happy to fit around our schedule. Their communication was outstanding. The house was left extremely clean and tidy and best of all our cat and dog were soooo happy. I think they are missing the attention and extra daily walks. I would recommend Blair & Richard and would definitely have them back any time.

Blair and Richard, from the point of first contact, considered every angle of care and attention that might be required for our house and routine for our pets. We went away in the knowledge that everything was taken care of and they even undertook some tasks that we had forgotten to do. We came back to a spotless house and 2 very contented relaxed furries.
