Hi, we’re currently available for sits over the Xmas holidays between 10th December and 30 December. We have a sit in Wanaka from 31st December. We’re a retired easy-going couple. We're mad about animals and have cared for rescue, unwell and elderly dogs who require specific care. Animals seem to accept and warm to us quickly as we're calm and compassionate with a sense of fun, and we love being around them.
A former senior partner in a law firm, and a university researcher working with vulnerable populations, with a farming and rescue pet background, we're responsible and dependable.
We have also physically renovated homes and gardens as we enjoy the process and so have a broad understanding of what is required if things need fixing whilst you're away.
So, with those backgrounds, we're warm, caring and meticulous with animals and homes, with attention to detail! Trustworthy, empathic, safe and super clean and organised, we're non- smokers, healthy, energetic and happily married for 37 years.
We'd welcome an interview and hope you'll consider us for your pet and house sit.

Anne & Gary were a delight to have as housesitters. Easy to communciate with before, during an after the stay. The took such good care of Rocco & followed his daily routine. He looked so happy during his outings and walks. The house was prsitine when we returned home, which included a few treats for us. We would have Anne & Gary back for another stay & would recomend them to anyone looking for amazing sitters.

Anne & Garry were amazing. Millie was so happy obviously with no stress involved. We could not of asked for better care of our wee girl & our home. The house was left immaculately, as a brand new home, with many things replaced. We will certainly reach out to them again to house sit. We would highly recommend them, also communication was very easy, quick & reliable, with many Millie pic’s sent on a regular basis.

Anne & Garry really respected our home & the place was immaculate when we returned. They looked after our cat with love & our cat warmed to them quickly. They communicated when needed & sent us pictures. Would definitely use Anne & Garry again & highly recommend
