Having successfully run an Airbnb in the city we always valued the respectful guest. We keep a clean and tidy house and take pride in our property. As guests in your house we will do the same.

Who are we?
We are a recently retired couple who escaped the city and now living in Waikanae. The nine to five grind is in our past along with our loved old [very missed] pets. With our new found freedom it is time to look around our beautiful country and incorporate some fur time on our way.

Our Pets
Over the years bringing up our family we have had the usual family pets; fish, mice, budgies, rabbits, guinea pigs, several cats and our lovely German Shepherd. Now we enjoy looking after our son's dog as often as we can.

Skills
Over the years we have developed several gardens and gained knowledge on plant care. Home maintenance/DIY is in our DNA.

We feel so lucky to have had Ellen and David house sit for us while we were away recently! Our Spoodle Wally was so happy and comfortable with them, and was clearly very well looked after while we were away- he was walked, taken out for outings and given lots of cuddles. Not only did Ellen and David do a wonderful job of looking after Wally and the house, they also did some gardening for us!
