Loana & Tom

Hello, we are a couple with one half from Germany, the other from England. For the next year we will be travelling all around New Zealand. We hope to experience the wonderful country you live in and explore your neighbourhoods, not just as tourists in hotels and campsites but rather in homes. :)

Tom grew up on a farm, working with, looking after, caring for and playing with many different animals (from sheep and cows to cats and dogs).
Loana has always loved animals and has taken every chance to walk/play with family and friend's cats and dogs - as her father is allergic to animal hairs and couldn't have them in their own home.
But since meeting Tom, has enjoyed the company and love of his family cats and dogs, too.

While living together in England, we regularly looked after Tom's family farm, including the sheep, cows, chickens, 2 cats and 2 dogs.
Together, we were also fortunate enough to look after a family friends house and their cat and dog in Brisbane for three weeks. Where we thoroughly enjoyed the regular dog walks and playtime as well as the close company of their cat.
