Hello, fellow pet lovers!

We’re a Wellington-based family with a passion for travel, new experiences, and, of course, animals! Originally from Chile, my husband and I have called New Zealand home since 2008, and our two little ones are proudly Kiwi.

We love spending time with animals and have plenty of experience caring for different pets, including guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, cats, and dogs. Over the past few years, we’ve helped people around the North Island care for their pets, gaining invaluable experience and confidence along the way.

If you choose us, rest assured that your pets will be well-loved and cared for, and your home will be spotless upon your return. We're also happy to water plants and keep the garden maintained.

Ursula and her Family looked after our home (and our Dog Eddie) for us while we went on holiday. Ursulas communication throughout was excellent. It is clear she has done this many times and we felt completely at ease leaving our home and our Pup with her. While we were away we received updates on how things were going and what Eddie had been up to. We returned home to our home in immaculate condition and a very happy dog. What more could you ask for…? Ursula, Cristian and family were the perfect housesitters. They took excellent care of our dog and left the house spotless on our return. Ursula communicated with us frequently with updates on our dog, and we saw all the adventures they took her on. They also asked lots of questions about our dog beforehand to make sure they could provide the best care, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Ursula and family and wouldn’t hesitate to have them back again.

Outstanding all around. If I could rate higher I would! Came home to an immaculate house and very well looked after animals! Ursula and her family treated our home with respect and communicated really will leading up and during their stay. Highly recommend. Would have them house sit again in a heart beat!
