Dear homeowners,

My name is Daisy, and I’m a 33-year-old New Zealand resident originally from China. I’ve been living, working, and traveling throughout New Zealand for over four years. In November 2023, I began housesitting, which has quickly become one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I genuinely love caring for fur babies and gardens—dogs and cats bring me so much joy, and I deeply appreciate the beautiful homes I’ve been entrusted with. Housesitting has become my passion, and I’m excited to continue this journey long-term.

A little about me:

1. I never smoke and rarely drink alcohol.
2. I obtained my New Zealand driver’s license in October 2020, and I own my car.
3. I maintain a quiet and peaceful lifestyle, thriving in solitude with a little socializing.
4. In November 2023, I started a Master of Applied Computing program at Lincoln University. The program is fully online, which allows me the flexibility to housesit anywhere in New Zealand while dedicating time to my studies and building web applications on my laptop. My ultimate goal is to become a digital nomad while continuing to housesit.
5. I am currently developing a website for my future dog services business, which includes dog walking, dog massage, house sitting, home visits, and website building. This website is also part of my final course at Lincoln University. After completing the course, I will graduate in July 2025. I plan to work primarily from home as a software engineer or start running my dog services business.

In my free time, I enjoy walking dogs, hiking, cycling and skiing. I’d be delighted to walk your dog daily and provide plenty of attention and care. I also love cuddling pets and giving them gentle massages—they deserve all the love in the world!
