Hi, my name is Tammy.

I am a freelance copywriter who has been working in the advertising industry for 17 years. I work from home, and occasionally need to be in the office for meetings. So while house sitting, I can be with your pets during the day as much as possible.

I have previously lived in Sydney and came back to NZ in 2016. Since then I've worked in both Auckland and Wellington and spent a lot of time in Taranaki, which is where I grew up. I am currently based in Auckland, working remotely for both Auckland and Wellington agencies. But I am free to travel around the country if the right sit comes up.

I love animals! I don't have a pet of my own, but I have spent a lot of time looking after family and friend's pets, mostly dogs and cats. I grew up around farm animals as a child and teen during school holidays on the family farm, so am more than comfortable around small to large animals.

My mum has an 13-year-old Mini Poodle who has asthma, so I am familiar with giving Ventolin through a spacer and oral medication. I have spent a lot of time looking after him so I am comfortable with giving dogs and small animals medication if needed.

If you take me on as a house sitter I will always respect your space and personal belongings and I'll always do my best for you and your pets.
