Fifty five year old woman who has owned homes therefore is aware of the responsibilities; and has applied this expertise when maintaining many owners' beautiful homes in a housesitting capacity. I have most recently been based in the Woburn, Eastbourne and Seatoun areas in the Wellington region but am happy to travel outside of the Wellington region. Having owned elderly pets; I am familiar with the management of elderly pet ailments. Am very good with animals; very patient, gentle and extremely attentive. Have cared for most cat breeds; rescue cats who have had to adjust to a domestic environment; including a blind rescue cat. Have cared for numerous dog breeds including; german shepherd, border collies, boxers, labradors, golden retrievers, shetland terriers and many other cross and smaller pedigree dog breeds. I am triple vaccinated and a non smoker. I am a Wellingtonian and therefore able to meet owner prior to confirmation of house sit.
Raelyn was a fantastic house sitter.She was proactive when our cat required vet attention, the house was left as she found it (if not better).I will certainley ask her again if we go away for a prolonged period.
Raelyn was wonderful with our two older cats, giving them a lot of love and attention. She also left the house lovely and clean for us to come home to which was great! It was obvious from the first visit when she came to meet the cats before the sit began that she loved animals. One of our cats is usaully shy with new people but he warmed to her straight away which was amazing. Would definitely recommend her :)
Raelyn looked after our home and our cat Philip for a month while we were overseas! We came home to a very happy cat and a tidy home! It was great to not have to worry about Philip while we were away knowing he was in Raelyn’s capable hands. We would definitely have Raelyn back again.

Raelyn did a great job looking after our house and cat for 3 months. She met with us first and was very attentive to what was needed. She was flexible with changing requirements and communicated well. Our elderly, shy cat thrived under her care and our house was well looked after.
Raelyn was a fantastic pet sitter. Our little slightly special needs dog became very attached and didn't want Raelyn to leave! We felt completely confident during the week we were away. :-D

Raelyn is a unique treasure and came to our aid at a moments notice and looked after our home and Molly our cat for a long weekend. She took excellent care of both and we are delighted that we found her, highly recommended.
This is the second time Raelyn has looked after our home and cat. She did a great job with making sure my plants survived, and our cat was happy, healthy and relaxed when we returned. The house was spotless. I will certainly be asking Raelyn to house and cat sit again.
