Middlemarch

I live in a very small township with two dogs. Chase, a Border Collie X who is 13 Ruby a Wire Hair Fox Terrier who is 11. The house has 3 bedrooms and a sunroom. and a conservatory. Plenty of living area and a spacious section for relaxation and mostly dog proof! Large garage also. close access to Rail Trail (bring bikes or hire), and excellent community swimming pool. Big TV, and general comfort. Dogs happy to visit local Domain or go further afield. Ruby is unreliable with doggy deposits inside at night! My apologies. They have a sprinkling of biscuits in the am and combination of dog roll and biscuits between 4.30 and 5.30. They sleep in their own beds. Chase in the main bedroom (boss), Ruby in the lounge. The local environment is beautiful and hopefully hot. There is an excellent cafe, the pub and one dairy/shop. Groceries require a trip into Dunedin. The dogs lead a simple life, they love it when I am outside in the garden. They snooze and sleep and love some exercise. Not excessive now. You could be quite content just chilling at home/garden or explore the environs. They are spectacular. Dogs totally used to being at home if not accompanying me. The garden is in winter mode here. No need to weed unless you want to. Ride on mower if lawn is getting out of hand. All details will be given on house sitting arrangement confirmation. You are so welcome.
