Portobello Dunedin

Our home is a 1940’s art deco style house that we have renovated over the last 20 years to make it an easy to live in It’s an open plan space with 3 bedrooms, an updated kitchen & bathroom on an elevated site with great sun and views of the Otago Harbour. Portobello is 20 minutes from Dunedin city, has an hourly bus service, a great local shop, cafe’s, garage, pub & is situated right in the middle of the beautiful Otago Peninsula. We have a small vege garden and a glasshouse that will need watering and a lawn that will need mowing at least once while we are away. The house is very well lived in, 3 kids & pets have left their marks! So no need to stress, no prestine white carpets!🙂 Our pets are Abby - a female 8 year old labrador retriever and Keisha - a female 14 year old tuxedo cat, both in good health. Abby likes her daily walk on the lead on the local tracks or off the lead away from other dogs. Keisha is a typical cat and just follows the sun around the house and does what she likes. Both are fine to be left home alone for periods of time.
