Naenae Lower Hutt

Kia ora, we are a small family of three in a house at the foothills of the bush above Naenae. Our house has all day sun and a big garden area, you can hear ruru (moreporks) at night and we are close to some beautiful bush walks. We are 20 mins drive from the Orongorongo Valley, 15 minutes from Days Bay beach, 5-10 minutes to Lower Hutt CBD, Petone and 20-25 minutes from Wellington CBD. We have 1 x 6 year old dog (female collie/heading cross). We try to give her two decent walks or runs or bike rides a day. She is super loving and quirky. We work from home and have the luxury of spending time with her. Our ideal person/people will be able to do the same, but as long as she has some time with humans and a couple of walks she will be fine. We have a warm dry state house with art, polished floors, lots of books and character. We are clean and tidy, relatively minimal, but we don’t own a show home. We are near the bush but also in the suburbs. Access to public transport available 5-20 mins walk away (bus/train).
