House is on a quiet cul de sac, 3bedroom witha small back yard. Large garage with gym equipment.

The dog is a very affectionate vizsla called Roux, who needs a walk every day and plenty of affection but is ok to be left at home alone. There is a boardwalk to a dog park at the end of the street.
