Totaravale North Shore City

Welcome to my home! My duplex townhouse located in the residential suburb of Totara Vale is a 10-minute walk from Sunnynook Rapid Bus Station on the north shore. A 5-minute walk away from Sunnynook bus station is Woolworths Sunnynook. From Auckland CBD, my place is only a 30-minute Northern Express (NX1) bus. This house is brand new, with a heating/air conditioning unit on the main floor, and a portable air conditioning unit in the main bedroom to keep you comfortable during the hot Kiwi Christmas/New Year's break.

My Cat Cornelius is an 8.5 year old ragdoll cat that enjoys human companionship, He is quiet and does not bite, hiss, or scratch. Like the ragdoll breed is known for, he is a calm and easygoing cat looking for a buddy over the Christmas break. Cornelius is an indoor cat only and is not allowed outside. Typical cat duties (Feeding, water, litter box, and playing with him) are needed to ensure that he doesn't feel lonely, and stays entertained while I am away.

High-speed internet is available for you and your devices, while my 55" flatscreen smart TV is available for all your streaming needs (Netflix, Disney+, TVNZ, WOW, AppleTV+). Accompanying the TV in the living room, it also comes with a 3-seater couch, that adjoins the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a new SMEG dishwasher, stovetop and vent, fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster, blender, and microwave.

This is truly a cat-sitting job for an indoor cat. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your time on the North Shore.

The house will be clean upon your arrival, with fresh sheets and linens on the bed to accompany your stay.
