Mangawhai Auckland - North

Hi,
My name is Kath. I have a cavalier king Charles spaniel (dog) who is 4 years old and 2 cats (who are 7 and 14 years old). They are all friendly, content animals.
We are heading to Thailand for a month and we need someone to live in our house while we are away. The animals are fine for up to 6 hours home alone if you work or venture out without them, but they need someone overnight.
Our house has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 3 king single beds) and one full bathroom, and a separate toilet. We have a beautiful garden, which has abundant fruit trees. We have air-conditioning as well as heating. A well stocked house for the whole family, including a paddleboard and childrens toys. Our local area is a coastal surfing town with plenty to do. A few different golf courses in the area, including Te Arai Links. We also have many great cafes and restaurants, a new world and bunnings. The estuary and beaches are within walking distance, along with many great bush walking tracks.
We are an hour north of Auckland and an hour south of Whangarei.
