Waipukurau Central Hawke's Bay

We have a 4000sqm property 1 1/2kms from central Waipukurau. The house is 3 years old and we have done a lot of planting ofnthe property. Two borders are farmland, one is a neighbour and the south side faces RD3.

The Tukituki River cycle tracks start at the end of our street and go in either direction for miles. Our area is classed rural and is very quiet. The night sky is amazing.
Hastings is 35 minutes north and Dannevirke 35 minutes south.

We are looking for a housesitter to provide the house some security, water the internal plants and the outside gardens. The lawns may need a mow with the ride on mower depending on the growth season.

Our home is comfortable, with all mod cons . We are on water tanks and septic tank. No biggy except what you can use for cleaning products.

We also have a wee six year old Yorkshire Terrier that comes with us in our caravan for NZ jaunts but stays at home for any overseas trips , so in this instance, she will need to be cared for. Molly loves her two walks a day and will follow you everywhere, preferring to sit as close to you as she can. She does sleep on her blanket on our bed and you would have to be comfortable with this. We leave her inside for up to 4 hours now and again with the catdoor locked. Molly does like chasing rabbits so we don't let her outside if we aren't on the premises. She is docile and lovable.

We have parking for a motorhome if required and have garaging for a car.
