Manawatū-Whanganui - Whanganui

Daisy is a very loveable daschhound staffy cross ; a most unusual mix. She loves walks anywhere and everywhere , loves driving in vehicles and snuggling up whenever she has a chance . She walks well on a loose lead .Just needs restraint if she sees a cat or hens ! my back section is fenced for Daisy so she can laze on the deck and wander on the grass and can be left inside or out ( with shelter access for several hours if need be..
Daisy is around 3 years old. She needs one (depending on length; to be discussed with petsitter) ) or two walks daily; morning and evening . If she can run free at the beach, or at local fenced orchard , she will wear herself out in no time and be soooo happy. you will see her smiling! Daisie came to me just a year ago as a rescue dog ; I have worked diligently to clear up a mild /mod skin condition (shows only as pink areas ) and now have her on a raw meat/fish diet with green veggies and several supplements. She is vastly improved and we hope to be entirely free by April next year.
My home is easy to live in: visually interesting, pleasantly comfortable in a generally quiet older suburb. Section abutts farmland valley with views out west to river -head and sea. You can walk to the Durie Hill Elevator ( dogs free ride; 5mins ) or walk to downtown in 10 minutes. Whanganui has great cafes, a lake , the river and beach and usually has some public happening most very other weekend. There are at least 5 cafes where dogs are allowed.
