We are a fifteen minute run into Rangiora and 50 minutes into Christchurch.
Old colonial villa situated on 22 acres in a peaceful location. We have older 2 active dogs, although they require minimal exercise other than following you around while checking the stock and feeding out.
Looking for someone to feed out once a day the horses, cows x 3 and sheep.
The dogs are fed twice a day and are good to be left in the laundry if you go out.
Our houseplants will need watering once a week and the Polytunnel has drip irrigation but it would need checking every few days to make sure everything is running ok.
We have starlink, with wifi to the house.
The house has a log burner and a heatpump.
This house is absolutely stunning! It was such a pleasure staying there and taking care of those adorable dogs and farm animals. The communication with Catherine was excellent too - she provided clear instructions and was always available for any questions we had. I totally recommend this house sitting! Thanks :)
