It's a new house, located 800 mts from town, with the quiet of a farm house but with easy access to the town shops.
Cats are very easy as they come and go, no much care is needed apart from fresh water and food. Dog is a big baby, so he sleeps in the bed with us, ideally you'll feel comfortable sharing bed with him too (not sure how he will behave with someone new thou) he is only 1 year old so needs some play and exercise around the house, and a pet walker will take him 2 x week to go for a long walks with other dogs. He is a rescued dog, so sometimes he can be a bit anxious when meeting new faces (specially man). But is often after 5 minutes that he relaxes and become your best friend.
Garden does not required maintenence, gardener will come when necessary, but inside plants will need some watering once a week.
Looking for someone that can stay at home with the dog most of the time.
