Sunny private single-level three-bedroom home in rural location surrounded by working farms, ruled by one very spoilt Siamese cat who is used to someone being at home every day.
Offering open-plan living with an expansive deck and plenty of parking, this peaceful setting has automatic gates and rural security cameras. Your own transport will be required as there are no public transport options available. The property is approximately a 15 minute drive from Pokeno, Bombay or Ramarama in South Auckland. Nearest conveniences (dairy, petrol) are in Pokeno or Bombay, with supermarkets in Pokeno and Pukekohe, which is approximately a 25min drive.
The house is keep snug and warm during the winter months with both electric heating and a wood burner, with plenty of firewood in the woodshed.
We are on tank water and in-ground septic system.
There’s a ride on mower for the acre of lawn and a tunnel house full of veges that will need regular watering and eating! Water for the garden is from a different set of tanks to the house.
There are two neighbouring properties off our shared driveway.
