We're Viki and Shane (36&37yo couple) going overseas for 3 weeks and are looking for responsible and respectful housesitter(s) to look after our beloved companions and keep our home cared for while we're away.

We have two friendly indoor dogs, Bodhi our 7yr old sweet golden Labradoodle (f1 - high shedding like a lab) and Juniper our 5yr old chatty and sensitive blue merle Rough Collie. Both dogs are crate trained, they sleep there overnight and when we leave the house.

We also have two strictly indoor cats, Churro our 9yr old timid and large black cat and Luna our 4yr old capricious tabby.

We walk the dogs 2-3 days a week about 3-5km off lead at Sandy Point and on Saturdays we bring them to therapy swim at k9 Essentials in Wallacetown. Would ideally like to keep the therapy schedule for them if possible.

We own a 3 bedroom home on a quarter acre fully fenced section. Our section is fairly easy care, just some pot plants that will require watering. Lawn gets mowed fortnightly by a professional so won't need tended to. Parking is up a secure driveway and plenty of on street parking available as well.

Our expectations are that dog poos are collected from the yard and cat litters are cleaned regularly to avoid Churro to go outside of the litter boxes. Juniper, our rough collie might need small tangles or dirt brushed out of her coat but she gets regularly groomed by a dog groomer so not necessarily needing excessive brushing while we're away.

We're happy to leave access to our automatic vehicle which the dogs have their own space in the back and are comfortable in (we don't mind if it gets dirty from their walks)
