We are going to Invercargill to visit family. We are seeking someone to come and stay at our place and look after our 9yr old Dog Skye (border collie x huntaway). Our two cats who come and go as they please and our 4 chickens, birds in the aviary and tropical fish tank.
It sounds busy but our dog is happy sleeping all day, the cats do what cats do and only come in to eat and the chickens roam and put themselves to bed at night as do the birds. You would just need to keep our Dog company in the evenings and feed her and the cats daily and make sure the chickens feeder is topped up and the birds in the aviary have water and food.
Paula and Jackie are a lovely couple with a comfortable home boasting all mod cons and we enjoyed looking after their menagerie: Skye and Billie are lively and very affectionate; the cats look after themselves; the budgies provide a pleasant background chirping; and the chickens produce delicious eggs. Upper Hutt has everything you need and wonderful Wellington is within easy striking distance.
