Karamu / Te Pahu Hamilton / Waikato

Our house is a 150 year old, two storey, spacious and comfortable villa located in Karamu / Te Pahu which is approx 15 minutes from Hamilton and 30 minutes from raglan.

We live on 10ha land and have 2 cows, 1 goat, 3 horses and about 25 chickens. Only the chickens need daily care, all other animals are mostly taken care of only need to have an eye kept on them and water checked.

We also have 3 dogs who we share our house with. We will have 1 removed from the property during the time of our absence. The dogs are very much part of the family, they require their water filled up and get fed once a day. They are very comfortable to be left alone for several hours. They exercise themselves on the land. They really just want love and cuddles.
