Mangawhai

We have a beautiful, new build home less than 10 minutes from Mangawhai village. The property has beautiful ocean, lake and countryside views and is located in a friendly, rural neighbourhood with locals-only walking tracks and stunning scenery. Mangawhai is conveniently close with all amenities, but you feel like you are a world away.
In your care will be 5 horses, 3 cows, 4 chickens, a cat and either 1 or 2 dogs. All are low-maintenance animals but an experienced person especially someone who is experienced with horses and can confidently check and feed horses and move into new paddocks as required. One of our dogs is older and slightly reactive so experience with dogs is also important.
In return all of our animals will provide you with endless love and affection as well as entertainment.
Possibility for a horse person to bring their own horse, too.
Our home is clean and comfortable. It’s just over 12 months old so everything is new and easy care. We have a beautiful covered deck area to sit and enjoy the views with a glass of wine.
We are also close to Te Arai and Forestry beaches, Te Arai Links Golf Courses and other great amenities.
