Located in Millwater (Silverdale) in a quiet neighborhood, near Mitre 10 Mega, which has a great cafe. Off street parking, 3 bedroom & 1 study, 2 lounges, 3 TVs with multiple streaming services and uncapped wifi, about 8min drive to Orewa beach and 5min to Silverdale Centre, BP just up the road. No gardening required.

Prefer for someone who will be around often and definitely not leave our fur baby alone overnight. Indoor pet who requires lots of cuddles and walks every now and again. Feeding twice daily required. *To note that Axel is a big boy around 42 kilos. He is calm and easy going indoors, but energetic when going on walks. He absolutely LOVES car rides 😊
