Te Awa Napier

Our villa is part of a secure, gated, retirement village and is situated a 20min walk from the beach front. It is also a 10 min drive to the main street of Napier. Gates are locked at 9pm each night and reopened at 7am each day. We have a friendly 18 mth old cavalier king charles spaniel dog who is house trained but needs to be on a lead when walked around the village as per village rules. She loves going for walks outside the village. She sleeps in the garage and can be left at home for a few hours if required. Have some pot plants that require watering inside and outside.
