Whangaparaoa

We are looking for someone to look after our dog (Sookie, golden retriever, age 13) and 2 cats (Hex and Odin, domestic short hair, age 12) for 3 nights/3days. The cats are super easy going and will just need feeding twice a day, they come and go whenever they want, no litter tray to change. The dog is also very relaxed and needs fairly minimal care. Just feeding once a day, on lead walking ideally everyday but only for 20 mins or so. She is also fine to hang out at home too. She is old and slow so doesn't do anything strenuous, particularly stairs and hills, but she loves cuddles. We have a beach 3 minutes walk away and a reserve behind the house.

We also need someone who is happy to do raw feeding - we don't feed our animals biscuits/wet food. We feed blocks of mince and bones like chicken necks. We will leave clear instructions so you know what to do but it's not complicated, you just get something frozen out and defrost it ready for the meal.

The house has most mod-cons including unlimited wi-fi, washer/dryer, heatpump/aircon, dishwasher, super king size bed, a single bed and a cot if needed. There is also a big covered space outside with heating and there's minimal plant care needed just the odd watering if it's not been raining.

Really close to plenty of beaches and bush walks, only 35 mins to Auckland city, 25 mins to North Shore, 35 minutes to Warkworth.

We really want someone who will be respectful of the house, look after our stuff and be kind to the animals. No parties and smoking only outside of the house.
