We need a house sitter

We are hoping to go away for 2-3 weeks sometime in June /July 2025.
We live semi rurally on the outskirts of Gisborne with a cycle track into town (10 mins) and to beaches
Our house is made up of a large two bedroom apartment with log burner and heat pump, in which we live.
There is also a three bed AirBnB attached which could require servicing. Obviously there would be remuneration if there are any bookings.
We have one old cat who feeds twice daily and 16 ducks and two hens which also need feeding twice daily.
The grass is cut by a robot which may need occasional servicing.
