Young but mature couple, mid 20’s, non-smokers, non-drinkers.

We spent some time over in Australia while pet sitting. Now we’re back to New Zealand and most of the time we’re based in Nelson. Also open to sits nationwide.

We both have had cats and dogs before and know what it takes to properly care for a pet. We’re more than happy to send weekly reports with photos of your pets and or home.

James does a little bit of remote work on the laptop, and since we enjoy unwinding, we tend to spend most of our time at home.

Kiah and James are exceptional house/pet sitters. My house was immaculate and the cats adored them. Highly recommended and will definitely be asking them back for my next holiday.

James and Kiah looked after our active young dog and were very attentive to his needs. They also did a great job of looking after our home, plants and vege patch. The house was clean and tidy to return home to. Their communication was also great and we received regular updates of our dog. I would highly recommend them and definitely have them back again in the future. James and Kiah are a lovely young and capable couple.

James and Kiah were truly wonderful Housesitters. Apart from caring for the house brilliantly, they went above and beyond in caring for our precious dog who became terminally unwell while we were away. They loved and cared for her as we would, communicated with us brilliantly, liaised with the Vet perfectly and then lovingly accompanied her as she died in the Vets care. Looked after my cat extremely well. Unfortunately a few issues cropped up with TV and my computer. I think they are on a learning curve and will get the hang of housesitting. The house was left in excellent condition and they kept in touch. In future I will leave clearer instructions on my tv and ban the use of my computer.

We used the TV and computer only once and operated them in a standard manner, just as any typical user would. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arose after we concluded our sit.
James and Kiah were the most wonderful house/cat sitters we could have asked for. They are both friendly and reliable people, and fantastic at communicating and keeping us updated. It was our first time leaving our cats with a sitter and they tend to be on the anxious side. We weren’t sure how they would find it, but they instantly warmed to James and Kiah.
