Mangere East Manukau

We are looking for a trustworthy dog and house-sitter,
Just for 11 days lol,
who would be happy to look after our old boy of 10 years mix-breed American Pitbull named Forrest, and our house in Mangere East, Auckland.
The property is fully fenced, and Forrest is a good, cheeky, cuddly boy and can be playful if you were to throw a ball around for him to fetch.
He loves to be taken on walks around the block but just to let you know Forrest can be stubborn & cannot be trusted to be let off his leash at anytime unless at home in a fully fenced area as he will run away.
He doesn’t like other dogs and can be very jealous or cheeky and if given the chance he will try and pull you with his lead to follow the other dog lol.
But with a strong tug on his leash he will follow your lead.
Forrest is an outside dog and has a dog house on the deck outside but can be cheeky and try to come inside every now in then (which is a No No)

We live in a modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom new build with 3 other houses that share the same driveway (ours is at the end),
with 1 parking space in the driveway and plenty of street parking.
Our home is fully equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable.
And the room that will be available will be the downstairs spare/game room which has an en-suite and will have an air bed equipped for you. And there is also a sliding door which leads to the outside deck.
Smoking is permitted but OUTSIDE ONLY

Duties include:

• Feeding, Watering and caring for Forrest
• Taking Forrest for daily walks
• Providing companionship and attention
• Keeping the house tidy and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere
