20, Work and Travel

Hi there, I'm Ann, 20 years old, with a deep affection for animals, currently on a Work-and-Travel adventure exploring the wonders of New Zealand.

Making my way to the farthest corners of the world to New Zealand, I spent my childhood on a farm in the picturesque village of Fleckenberg, in the west of Germany. Among the farm’s residents were cows, sheep, ponies, chickens, cats, and my loyal Australian Shepherd named Lina.
Animals are my passion – I've raised kittens, hatched chicks and I've already bottle-fed quite a few calfs and lambs.

Housesitting is a perfect fit for me. I'm dependable and responsible, with experience in farm work and a huge love for animals.

Ann has been the most lovely cat and house sitter we could hope for. She was always nice, quick to respond, and we came back to the cleanest house. My cat of course loves her now more than us. I definitely recommend her for your house and pets and I've already booked her again in case she's back in Welly during her travels.

Ann has been a great choice for taking care of our property and our animals. Although so young, she is very reliable and did handle our almost 40 sheep, chicken, geese and turkey so easily. When we left we had an unpredictable incident which Ann handled incredibly well and although this incident left her with more responsibility and work she didn’t mentioned that at all and did everything necessary to resolve the issue.
