I am a 55-year-old Auckland based homeowner of 30 years and a landlord of rentals. I will look after your prized asset and your pets as if they were my own. I am very reliable and 100% committed to a housesit once I confirm.

I am a respectful house sitter and a complete animal lover.

I am a fully qualified former veterinary nurse.

I am now self-employed and working from home, so I am able to spend time with your pets.
I am tidy, organized, reliable, honest and conscientious and I would like to house sit for people with these qualities also.

I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am also fit and active.

I am happy to look after any animals you may have including birds, rats, mice, rabbits, cats and dogs.
I walk twice a day, and I am happy and confident to bring your pet/s with me on a lead, for the safety of your pet.

Additionally, I have experience looking after a pool, gardens and pot plants and of course many years of experience at housekeeping!!!!

Rhonda looked after our place from Oct 14 - Nov 23 2023 Rhonda was fantastic for us. She took care of our place and our one year old Pomeranian Luna. Luna is difficult to look after at the best of time as she is high maintenance and anxious with separation anxiety. Luna took to Rhonda very quickly which is no easy feat and we know she loved her time with her. We even feel Luna was better behaved and better trained when we came back than when we left her. Everything was very easy with Rhonda taking care of my 2: both dog and cat were relaxed and happy after a month with her. Will definitely connect again when more travelling arises. And I appreciate the work in the garden!

Rhonda is an excellent house sitter if you are able to secure her. A lovely personable lady who is a pleasure to meet. She is very knowledgeable on animals having been a vet nurse in the past. My 16 month old puppy was so well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed Rhonda’s company. The house was also left spotlessly clean. Has excellent communication skills so you are not left wondering if they will ring back/confirm housesit.

Rhonda was absolutely amazing for us. Excellent communication throughout and went the extra mile with the house cleanliness. All our animals looked after well, X2 cats and a dog. Seems like we scored the jackpot with her. Special mention: we have a diabetic cat and that didn’t phase her with x2 injections a day.

I think I definitely struck gold with Rhonda, I would have her back in a heartbeat. My animals absolutely loved her, my notoriously fussy cat, actually put some weight on for a change.
