Hitomi and her dad were actual super stars! They looked after my boys with the utmost of care. Even my old boy who needed a bit of extra care. They took my younger dog on so many adventures with them. And Hitomi kept me updated with photos everyday. She brought with her dog Sky with her who go on really well with our younger lab beautifully. We came back to find a house clean and sparkling, pretty sure it was messier before they arrived. We had a great experience with Karl and Hitomi. They looked after our house and 3 cats very well. The communication was fantastic with regular updates and pictures of our cats. The house was super clean when we returned and all our plants both indoor and garden were thriving. On the day we returned (after a long day driving) they even cooked us dinner.
