We are a retired couple from the UK and have visited NZ four times for around 7 months in all, so we're almost familiarised. The last visit to Nelson was in 2022 and we dog-sat in two homes there: for a long weekend and for 12 days. We are planning to visit our daughter in Nelson again in early January '25 and are looking to stay in that area.
We are both reasonably active, and non-smokers. This year we downsized from a Springer Spaniel called Arrow to a Malti-Poo called Enzo. We had them both from puppies and Arrow imparted lots of Springer wisdom to Enzo before he passed on
